Australian Government – Hearing Services Program (HSP)
You may be eligible for subsidised hearing services through the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, which provides support for eligible Australians.
If eligible, services may include:
Comprehensive hearing assessments
Fully or partially subsidised hearing aids
Hearing aid fitting, adjustments, and follow-up care
Ongoing maintenance and support
Our clinicians will check your eligibility and manage the process on your behalf.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
For clients with hearing loss related to disability, NDIS funding may be available.
We can assist with:
Hearing assessments and reports
Hearing aid recommendations
Support with NDIS plan requirements and documentation
Please note that eligibility and coverage depend on your individual NDIS plan.
Medicare
Medicare provides rebates for hearing assessments when you have a valid referral from your GP or ENT specialist.
Medicare may partially cover:
Diagnostic hearing assessments (with referral)
Please note:
Medicare does not cover hearing aids.
A GP or ENT referral is required.
Rebates and item numbers depend on individual circumstances

Private Health Insurance
Some private health insurance policies provide rebates for:
Hearing tests
Hearing aids
We recommend checking directly with your insurer. We are happy to provide quotes or supporting documents if needed.
WorkSafe Victoria (VIC)
If your hearing loss is work-related, you may be eligible for assessment and treatment funded by WorkSafe Victoria.
WorkSafe Victoria may cover:
Hearing assessments related to occupational noise exposure
Reports required for WorkSafe claims
Hearing aids (subject to approval)
A valid WorkSafe claim number and referral may be required. Coverage is determined by WorkSafe Victoria.
